Why We Exist

Most epoxy failures come from poor preparation - acid etching instead of diamond grinding, skipping moisture testing, or rushing the install. EFC exists because Calgary homeowners and business owners deserve a floor done right the first time.

Our Standards

Diamond grinding on every floor. Moisture barrier on most installs. 3-5 coat system using 100% solids XPS Rockhard epoxy. UV-stable topcoat included. These aren't upsells - they're minimums.
