Three completed projects across Calgary. Garage floors, basement slabs, and commercial shop floors. Each one diamond ground, primer-sealed, and finished with commercial-grade polyaspartic.

The homeowner had two previous quotes before reaching out. Both were acid-etch and roll. This slab had moisture issues and a history of surface sealer that had to be fully removed before any coating could bond. We diamond ground to a CSP 3 profile, tested moisture vapour emission, applied a moisture-mitigating primer, then installed a full broadcast vinyl flake system with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. The floor has been in service through two Calgary winters with zero issues.

Basement slab with high moisture vapour emission readings at initial assessment. The homeowner wanted a metallic finish but had concerns about whether the floor would hold given the moisture readings. We used a two-coat moisture-mitigating primer system rated for high-MVE slabs, followed by a custom grey metallic epoxy mid-coat and a matte polyaspartic topcoat. The result is a seamless, high-performance floor that handles the moisture load while delivering the aesthetic the homeowner wanted.
System: Metallic Epoxy + Polyaspartic Topcoat

Automotive service shop with a slab that had been previously coated and was delaminating in sections. Full removal of the existing coating, diamond grinding to raw concrete, crack repair and joint filling, then a commercial broadcast quartz system with a high-build epoxy base and chemical-resistant polyaspartic topcoat. This system is rated for vehicle traffic, oil, hydraulic fluid, and heavy cleaning. The shop runs seven days a week. The floor has held without issue.
