Quartz epoxy is the premium residential floor system for homeowners who want a surface with genuine texture, visual depth, and lasting durability. Natural quartz aggregate is broadcast into a 100% solids epoxy base to create a seamless surface that resembles terrazzo, with exceptional slip resistance built into every square inch. The double-broadcast method applies quartz in two separate layers, creating maximum aggregate density and a surface that holds its appearance and performance for decades. No grout lines. No seams. Just a continuous, refined floor that elevates any residential space it goes into.
Quartz installations are built layer by layer for maximum density and performance. The concrete is diamond-ground and primed before the 100% solids epoxy base is applied and quartz aggregate is broadcast to full rejection. After cure, a second epoxy coat and quartz broadcast are applied for the double-broadcast finish. A grout coat fills remaining voids before the UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat completes the system.

Epoxy is the base coat — it bonds to the concrete. Polyaspartic is the topcoat — it provides UV stability, abrasion resistance, and the final finish. You need both for a long-lasting floor.
Not when it’s installed correctly. Peeling happens when prep is skipped or acid etching is used instead of diamond grinding. Our UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat won’t yellow under sunlight.
